Six new brunch dishes and seven new brunch cocktails launch at Tavern in the Village and Tavern at Mission Farms
Tavern in the Village and Tavern at Mission Farms are introducing six new brunch dishes and seven new handcrafted brunch cocktails to its Saturday and Sunday brunch menus.
Tavern in the Village and Tavern at Mission Farms are one of the few Saturday brunch destinations in the area. Brunch is served at both locations on Saturdays 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
NEW Brunch Dishes:
Caprese Benedict – English muffin, house pulled mozzarella, tomato, spinach, poached eggs and hollandaise, served with Tavern potatoes.
Short Rib Hash – Sautéed potatoes, onions, peppers and pulled beef short rib, topped with poached eggs and a chimichurri sauce (In the Village) or green peppercorn sauce (at Mission Farms).
Steak and Eggs – Filet Mignon topped with béarnaise sauce, two eggs prepared your favorite way, cheddar Andouille hash and a buttermilk biscuit.
Breakfast Nachos – Black bean puree, pepper jack queso, scrambled eggs, roasted corn pico de gallo, crumbled bacon and jalapeno on crispy corn tortillas served with a side of Tavern potatoes.
Biscuit Sandwich – Buttermilk biscuit topped ham or bacon, fried egg and strawberry rhubarb jam served with Tavern potatoes. (In the Village only)
Cinnamon and Sugar Quinoa – With toasted almonds, dried apricot, vanilla yogurt, fresh berries and a drizzle of rosemary honey
NEW Brunch Cocktails:
Vanilla Berry Smoothie – Stoli Vanil, banana liqueur, fresh strawberries, blueberries and orange juice shaken with vanilla yogurt and served on the rocks
Ginger Bellini – Zonin Prosecco, Canton Ginger and peach nectar.
Blueberry Passion Refresher – Stoli Blueberu, Pama, Thatcher’s Elderflower, cranberry juice, fresh blueberries and lime shaken and served on the rocks
Italian Wallbanger – Hangar 1 Mandarin Blossom, Sambuca and fresh orange juice served on the rocks.
Rise and Shine – Clear 10 Vodka, Pama, Red Bull, fresh raspberries and orange juice served on the rocks.
Tavern Gin and Juice – Uncle Val’s Gin, Lillet and fresh grapefruit juice.
Venetian Spritz – Tomaiolo Pinot Grigio, Aperol and fresh orange juice served on the rocks.
